Privacy Policy

At Skyfrontiar S.A.S. ("Skyfrontiar", "we", "our") we consider the protection of personal information a core part of the service we provide. This document explains, in plain language, what data we handle when you visit skyfrontiar.com or send us a request through our contact form, why we handle it, for how long, and what choices you have. It is written to comply with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and its regulatory framework issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Skyfrontiar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71782946-4, with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 2745, Piso 6, Of. 612, C1193AAO, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. If you have any question about how we process your information, you can write to privacy@skyfrontiar.com and a member of our team will reply within ten (10) working days.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data that you actively provide through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. Additionally, and only after you have given consent through our cookie banner, our servers and third-party tools may register general navigation information such as the pages visited, approximate location at country level, type of device and referring URL. We do not request nor store banking information, identification documents or sensitive data of any kind.
3. Why we use your data
Your data is used to reply to the request you sent us, to prepare a first structured review of the topic you mentioned, and to keep an internal record of the interaction for quality and legal purposes. Navigation data is used, when consented, to understand which parts of the site are useful and which need to be improved, and to help Google Ads show relevant information to people with similar interests when they browse other websites.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (article 5 of Law No. 25.326), which you give by submitting the form and by choosing your preferences in the cookie banner. Some processing is also based on our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and functional and, where applicable, in complying with legal obligations.
5. Storage and international transfers
Your information is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area, a region recognised as providing an adequate level of protection under AAIP Provision 60-E/2016. Some technical providers (such as Google LLC) may process data from the United States under standard contractual guarantees. We do not sell, rent or exchange your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. How long we keep it
Form data is kept for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Navigation data associated with consented cookies is kept for the duration described in our Cookie Policy. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it rectified if inaccurate, to have it updated, deleted or blocked when appropriate, and to withdraw your consent at any moment. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@skyfrontiar.com. You can also file a claim with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, Avenida Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections, restricted access to the database and periodic reviews. No system can be considered absolutely secure, so we ask you not to include sensitive information in the free text of the form.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. If the changes are significant, we will note them on this page and update the review date at the top. We suggest checking this section from time to time.
