These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website skyfrontiar.com and the informational and analytical services offered by Skyfrontiar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71782946-4 ("Skyfrontiar"). By browsing the site or sending us a request, you confirm that you have read and accepted this document. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the site.
1. What we offer
Skyfrontiar is an analytical and informational platform. We aggregate public sources, references and documents on the topics you request and reorganise them into structured layers so you can review them with ease. Everything we publish is presented for orientation and general study purposes.
2. Not professional advice
The content we produce is not a financial, legal, accounting, tax or professional recommendation of any kind, nor a personalised opinion about your situation. It does not represent advice tailored to your case and does not ensure specific outcomes. Any decision you make after reviewing our material is your own and remains under your sole responsibility.
3. Who can use the service
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into obligations under the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina. By requesting access, you declare that the information you provide is truthful and current.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to the site or to the service will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may correspond.
